Return Policy

All items sold on the KOMA Shop (shopkoma.com) can be returned at any KOMA location for up to 30 days from the time of purchase.

Within this 30 day period, items can be returned for any of the following reasons:

• Item arrives torn or severely damaged
• Item is noticeably discolored (i.e. The item was shown in blue but arrived in green)
• Item has an off-center or crooked logo/design mark
• Clothing can be exchanged for or returned for a store credit in case of defect or wrong size

Ko Martial Arts reserves the right to deny a refund for any of the following reasons (included but not limited to):

• The item as been washed (clothing or fabric items)
• The item as been worn (clothing items)
• You have changed your mind
• Used the item (of any kind)
• There is makeup or perfume smell on the item
• There is clear user error or misuse of the product
